Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the continental USA.

Original paintings are shipped from the artist's studio in Cody, Wyoming, USA, generally within 2 days to a week unless expedited or delayed shipping is requested.

Print Editions are shipped from the printer's nearest location to the customer. All prints are produced and assembled as custom orders and require 1 to 2 weeks to complete before shipping. 

All free shipping within the USA is by UPS, USPS, or a freight company. UPS and USPS take up to 6 business days. Oversize packages are shipped by a freight company and may take longer to arrive. Express shipping is sometimes available on request, and the extra cost will be added to your order. 

International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for an international shipping quote before purchase. We are not able to automate international shipping prices due to the custom nature of our products. Please note that international shipments may incur import duty, GST or VAT taxes, and customs clearance fees that the customer must pay before the shipment will be delivered in your country.  

Our liability ends when your products are delivered to your address by our chosen carrier. Please ensure you take personal delivery of all shipments, or that you have a secure area for shipments to be left. We cannot be held responsible for theft of products after they have been delivered to your address. Tracking is usually available as an automated service with your order.
