Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

Please note that due to the custom or made-to-order nature of our artworks, all sales are final.  We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased.

We take great care to provide detailed photographs and full information about each painting or print on its product page. Once an item is purchased, we trust that you have made a thoughtful decision about the style, colors and size of your chosen artwork.

To ensure satisfaction if you are unsure, we encourage you to contact us with any questions before finalizing your purchase. If you feel the color or some other condition of the product is not as you expected when you receive it, please contact us to discuss the issue. We want you to be happy with your fine art purchase and will do whatever we can to make it right for you. Please take care when ordering, consider your choices carefully, and make sure your screen colors are accurately calibrated. 

Order Cancellations

We may be able to accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been produced or shipped. Please text or call us immediately to confirm that we can accommodate your cancellation request. 509-655-6123.

Damage or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will investigate the issue and make it right for you.

If your item arrives and is clearly damaged by the carrier, please do not accept delivery. Ask the driver to record the damage and return the package to us. If the damage is less obvious on delivery or you are not there to receive it, please send clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging to krystii@diamondcreekstudio.com. We may require you to repack the damaged item and return it to us at our expense with a prepaid shipping label we will send to you. We will send you a replacement item of comparable value free of charge if possible, or a refund if the item is not replaceable.

We aim to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in handling damaged items.

Delivery Delays or Issues

If you are experiencing unusual shipping delays or believe your shipment has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as you suspect something has gone wrong. We will contact the carrier to get a more detailed status on your shipment or investigate the lost package so that it can be promptly delivered to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To cancel an order, please send an email to krystii@diamondcreekstudio before the item has been shipped.
If you wish to initiate a return after the item has been shipped, please inform us of your decision to return the item within the 14-day cooling-off period by contacting our customer service team via email at krystii@diamondcreekstudio . Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your decision. Then follow the instructions below:
  • After notifying us, you must return the item to us within 14 days of your delivery date as specified by the transport company logs. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure its safe return. You are also responsible for the costs of all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees from both the initial transport to you and the return transit.
  • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, along with any packaging, certificates of authenticity, or other materials that came with it. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you will receive a refund using your original payment method within ten business days.
  • Refunds will only be made to the party and the payment method used for the original transaction. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Please note that this cooling-off period return policy applies only to standard purchases in the European Union and does not cover commissioned items. Please contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance regarding our return policy.
  • Items retained for 15 days or more are not returnable.
